86-year-old Minn. woman, Schneider, cleared of voter fraud

Authorities in Nicollet County have tossed out a case against an 86-year-old woman who had been accused of voter fraud. Margaret Schneider of St. Peter voted by absentee last year, and then showed up again in August to vote in the state’s primary election. Schneider has Parkinson’s disease and suffers.
