In Brooklyn today Election Justice USA (EJUSA), a voter advocacy group and about 100 New York voters from around the Brooklyn Area, held a rally and protest in response to the more than 63,000 people purged from New York’s voter rolls. The purge rendered them ineligible to vote in Tuesday’s presidential primary by no action of their own.
Election Justice USA (EJUSA), went to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York on Wednesday to file additional paperwork in an emergency action, and delivered the suit to the Board of Elections in Brooklyn, N.Y.
