Is it time to put the guys in charge on notice? Have we played possum too long? Why should the conscienceless elite meet our needs or demands? We have been acting like doormats and have been complacent to our corporate masters. Not only that but at least 30% of us seem to be even going long and think that we are on the right track! So why do we think that there’s going to be any change? The chieftains at the top will go on as usual, there isn’t any real threat. It’s time to act, civil disobedience now is in order!

The Trump Administration just showed that they can refuse to pay 800,000 employees and expect them to work anyway! But the average person has even more to lose. What if Trump really saw his personal money supply suddenly shut off during a second term? What tyrannical acts would he do!? Our Empire has been murdering people and destroying countries since the Korean War and our own government has been attacking us since Reagan and we still put up with it. When will we speak up for our neighbors abroad and our neighbors at home?

I’m not saying we should be violent but I’m saying there is urgency and we should be doing more demonstrating our dissatisfaction than we have been. So please, find a group to join that is doing peaceful demonstrating. I have covered this angle before but it’s time to mobilize, to act, to declare our frustrations and let them be known! Thing are not good enough! Our world is not alright and we are not going in the right direction!

America has the lowest minimum wage out of the top 34 wealthiest countries in the world. We pay 4 to 5 times higher than any other country for health insurance and yet we are only getting mediocre results. The great achievements we are making in science and healthcare are not working themselves out in longevity in our lives compared to the rest of the world. We are only getting, again, mediocre results for all the money, the hype, the TV commercials, the lies, and spin of the Drug, Insurance and Corporate interests! Our reality does not match the promises made or the expectations for health that we have!

It’s a crime that our kids cannot file bankruptcy on student loans yet the same is not true for the banker! It’s a crime that we gave corporations tax breaks to move their operations overseas. It’s a crime that Trump gave huge tax breaks to the rich and raised them on the poor! It’s a crime that we continue to send our military into endless wars abroad.

I could go on but the points been made. I don’t want to complain all by myself!! Complaining is something we need to do cooperatively and not just complain but to act with a determined resolve of expectation! Things can change but they won’t on their own. It takes effort, tenacity and vigilance, a culture of peaceful civil disobedience and demonstration! Corporate America, the great beast we have created, with its Imperialistic agenda and far-reaching impact has made their position known. It’s time to make ours known as well!
