House Democrats release Delaware redistricting plan

House Democrats have announced a redistricting plan for Delaware that shifts two legislative districts in New CastleCounty to new districts downstate. The plan released Thursday by the House majority party reflects the latest.

I still think all these representatives should be elected at large. This is the only way to get a representational government.
The representatives in our House get an average of about 180,000 votes to represent 6 or 700,000 people, and about 110,000 voted against that representative.
At large voting is far more likely to result in more people having a representative that they voted for at the table.
