With polls closing in more states, CNN projects that Mitt Romney will win West Virginia’s 5 electoral votes and Indiana’s 11 electoral votes. In 2008, President Barack Obama lost in West Virginia by more than 13 percent but won in Indiana by 1 percent. Polls also closed in the swing states of North Carolina and Ohio.
