I was mad when Hillary picked Tim Kaine as her running mate. It’s not that I have any particular issue with Kaine or he has bad breath or anything, the problem I had was that I had not heard of him until Hillary picked him as a running mate. I wondered why Hillary would pick him. He looked like a good guy. But personally I think she picked him because it made sure she would be in the driver seat in her presidency.
I could be wrong and often am. It seemed to me at the time that it was a mistake to pick Kaine. I wanted Hillary to corner Bernie on national television and not let off until he accepted a offer to run as Vice President. Well that’s all dead and gone. But 2020 is on the radar and already right in front of us is a new decision.
I love Bernie Sanders. I also have a soft spot for Elizabeth Warren. I want them both and I want them both now. They would be better than the original dynamic duo, power couple or gruesome twosome. They would be Elizabeth and Bernie! Imagine if they won, just imagine.
Forgive for me being in the middle of a political love triangle with Elizabeth and Bernie but we have too much to loose as well as very, very much to gain. Some people might think that this pairing would be too far to the left but I firmly believe our country has drifted too far to the right. I believe our country needs to be right as well. Right in the middle of these two. These two people have already proved their worth to me as well as the value of their potential leadership. Please let us elect them both!

I like the cut of your jjb, Jack. I also would have liked a Hil-Bernie ticket but you’re right, two cooks would spoil that broth. Bernie is not taking orders from anybody. I worked (volunteered) for Hillary – as I shout a lot to prove my bona-fides in Manhattan – but Tim Kaine was an appropriate VP. Likable, not uppity or ambitious, the very essence of a 2nd banana. I wouldn’t take that job.
Keep writing,
David

Thank you, David for taking the time to read and comment on my opinions , ramblings, and frustrations! Sometimes I’m stretching my reach to find a glimmer of hope for a nation that they say is in decline without a chance to bring manufacturing back. Other times with Bernie , Elizabeth and AOC at the helm of congress I feel we can be invinceable and well again! I voted for Hillary too , and she probably doesn’t deserve the negative comments thrown at her from time to time. I think I’m still in disbelief that Trump is president and Hillary lost! I need to get over it , somehow someday I will.
