Anna Bonesteel, a junior at Montclair High school and a Civics and Government Institute (CGI) member, has filed a lawsuit against the Internal Affairs Department questioning the election process, which narrowly cost her the Presidency in her senior year. CGI is a small learning community in Montclair.
