Dissident’s family sues Cuba in Spain over his death

The family of late Cuban dissident Oswaldo Paya launched a lawsuit in Spain on Monday accusing Cuban secret service agents of involvement in his death, his human rights group said. Paya, a joint Cuban-Spanish national, and another Cuban dissident.
