There isn’t a serious voter fraud issue in America except for voter suppression. I know the Orange President said that there was three million illegal immigrants who voted illegally. Well, he lied and the masses believed him.
There was only one instance of an illegal immigrant whom they found voting. She was a Mexican national in Texas, Rosa Maria Ortega, who was brought to the US as a baby and who wrongly thought she was eligible to vote because she lived here her whole life and cast a ballot. She was sentenced to eight years in jail in 2017.
But then what should be the penalty for throwing hundreds of thousands of Americans off the voter rolls, dear citizen? How many years should Jeb Bush get for throwing the election in Florida in 2000 for his brother that resulted in unjust wars with Iraq and Afghanistan which wasted hundreds of thousands of lives and trillions of dollars? How much prison time should Chris Kobach get because of the unethical voter suppression he designed when he ran the Interstate Voter Registration Crosscheck Program for the Trump administration? Our right to elect leaders is defined in the constitution – so what should be the penalty for taking away our constitutional rights?!
I am amazed at the level of injustice – how come we let the oligarchs, Republicans, and political groups get away with this? When are the Democrats going to go after the perpetrators or even have the FBI partake in a investigation?! One must wonder if it is because most of the FBI personnel are Republicans of they are afraid of the consequences. When will we as Americans demand true justice?
A poor Hispanic woman who wanted to do the patriotic thing and vote in a country she lived in her whole life gets eight years! Con artists like Jeb Bush and Chris Kobach throw hundreds of thousands of American citizens off the voter rolls and are rewarded with not a whisper of criminal prosecution on their behalf! Republicans have judged that the people whom they throw off the voter rolls are guilty until proven innocent.
Even in the 2018 midterm elections, voting machines in Georgia were withheld in Democratic voting districts, with Republicans throwing out up to a half million citizens off the voter rolls because they did not meet intentionally discriminatory voter registration requirements. When are we going to rise up and demand justice for the unrepresented?! The tail is wagging the dog and it’s time to get in front of this thing: to acknowledge voter suppression and take action!!!
