HACKENSACK — The Bergen County Executive on Friday issued her third veto of an attempt to alter the county’s stringent restrictions on political donations from contractors seeking government contracts. Donovan again vetoed the latest attempt, approved earlier this month by the freeholders, after money in elections limits introduced.
