It’s likely that leaders and members of New York’s minor parties won’t be pleased with one aspect of Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s electoral reform proposal. Cuomo outlined his plan to improve the state’s electoral system during a press conference Tuesday. Among the proposals in his plan, Cuomo calls for more information on the subject of election reform.
