Election Day might become an archaic notion in Pennsylvania. Freshman state Rep. Mike Schlossberg, D-Lehigh, introduced legislation to allow voters up to eight days to cast their ballots in Pennsylvania. Citing widespread power failures during Superstorm Sandy, Schlossberg said early voting would alleviate the nation’s problems.
