Union County program allows residents to easily cast vote before June primaries
Andrew Mills/The Star-Ledger Union County voters looking to cast their ballot before the June 4 primary can now get it done with one trip to county clerk’s offices in Elizabeth or Westfield. The new “One-Stop” service allows registered voters to apply for a vote-by-mail ballot, receive it and cast there without issue.
