TRENTON — The former spokeswoman for the state Democratic Committee is launching the New Jersey chapter of the AFL-CIO’s left-leaning Super PAC, The Star-Ledger has learned. Alicia D’Alessandro said the paperwork will be filed today with the state Election Law Enforcement Commission.
