Public hearings set for redistricting bill

AUSTIN — A redistricting bill aimed at holding the 2014 primaries on time is advancing in the Texas Legislature, and Lubbock Sen. Robert Duncan will join fellow Republican Kel Seliger of Amarillo as a central figure in the two-year battle. Duncan said on Thursday, April 18, the Senate State Affairs.
