Saturday Night Live (SNL) mocked Rudy Giuliani in its opening sketch, as it focused on his attempts to overturn 3 November’s election result for President Donald Trump.
The opening sketch of Saturday’s show featured cast member Kate McKinnon playing Mr Giuliani at a hearing with state senators in Michigan, discussing the attorney’s baseless claims of voter fraud in last month’s election.
“This election was stolen from the American people with a level of trickery not seen since Houdini,” McKinnon’s Giuliani told state senators, before he then appeared to break wind. “That wasn’t me. That was you guys,” he added.
