Rand Paul to GOP: ‘Crazy Voter ID Thing is Offending People’

Republican Senator from Kentucky, Rand Paul, is in full retreat from his party’s push for “voter ID laws,” according to a recent interview with The New York Times. The interview with the Times took place in Memphis, before the RNC’s spring meeting.

First it was Mitt Romney. On MSNBC’s Morning Joe, he broke with his party’s opposition to raising the minimum wage, stating “I part company with many of the conservatives in my party on the issue of the minimum wage.
