Syria ballistic missiles killing children: HRW

AFP – Ballistic missiles used by the Syrian regime of President Bashar al-Assad are killing many civilians, including children, an international rights group said on Monday. These missiles “are hitting populated areas, causing large numbers of civilian deaths.

Human Rights Watch says the Syrian military is firing ballistic missiles into populated areas where it is battling rebels, killing hundreds of civilians. The U.S.-based group said in a report that it has investigated nine apparent missile attacks.
