#TaxMarchNYC
Thousands rallied and marched in New York City to Trump Towers and around the country on Tax Day, April 15th 2017, to demand President Donald Trump show his tax returns. The protest of thousands rallied first at Bryant Park and marched to Trump Towers on 5th Avenue.

During the 2016 campaign, Donald Trump said he’d release his tax returns and come clean on his business dealings, as candidates have done for decades. Despite public pressure, President Trump hasn’t kept his promises to the American people. By refusing to release his tax returns, he can hide his business dealings, financial ties, and conflicts of interest.
And Trump promised he’d crack down on tax dodging by Wall Street and the super-rich. But now he’s planning new tax cuts that benefit him and his billionaire buddies. We need an economy that works for all of us with more good jobs and thriving communities. The wealthy and big corporations should pay more in taxes than they pay now, not less.
