Introducing Term Limits.jpg

What is Our Goal?
The goal of 12 is Enough is to make congress better. We the people will force the House and the Senate to add an amendment to the United States Constitution enforcing 12 year term limits on the Legislative Branch. This will end the era of career politicians and give more qualified Americans a chance to be part of our great democracy. This is a non-partisan issue all Americans can agree on. Twelve is enough!

What is 12 is Enough Super PAC?
12 is Enough Super PAC is a non partisan organization. We feel ending career politics in Washington is for the benefit of all Americans, unless you are a career politician. 12 is Enough Super PAC does not advocate for any political party, candidates, or issue other than ending career politics in the Federal government. This is one, of many, things we as Americans can all come together on.

Why donate to 12 is Enough?
Why donate to another politician or political party before you donate to make the system better? Whether you are a Democrat, Republican, or Independent congress isn’t currently working for any of us. Let’s fix the system together. We need your donations to support media advertising, hold events, and other related cost to achieving 12 year term limits.

What’s different from other Term Limit organizations?
Other pro term limit organizations are in favor of voting out incumbent politicians. Twelve is Enough does not oppose this tactic, but we believe stronger action is required. An amendment to the United States Constitution is the only way to guarantee compliance. Career politicians know no other way of life, they will not leave on their own. We will thank them for their years of service while politely showing them the door.

Why is 12 is Enough a Super PAC?
Super PACs are what you get when Congress fails to create an election system that works for the People. Therefore we want to use this weapon of greed against the very career politicians who have failed to create campaign finance reforms. If we now live in a world of Super PACs, why not have one for the people of America.

What happens to 12 is Enough Super PAC if 12 year term limits are achieved for the United States Legislative branch?
All remaining funds will be donated to charities helping the men and women of our armed services. They are the heroes that allow us to have the freedom to pursue positive change in our government.

Will term limits end greed and corruption in our government?
No, although term limits will help to limit greed and corruption. Term limits are not a silver bullet to fix everything. 12-year term limits are one of many smart things we can do to move our democracy forward.
