SOUTH JORDAN, Utah (ABC FOUR UTAH)- Experts say the state is so red or so republican that many people, regardless of their political party, donât think their vote counts. But itâs in local elections when experts say you have the greatest chance. While some might expect a low voter turnout for an election with no statewide statewide or national races, workers say voters are showing up and getting involved for the local ones.
