Join democracychronicles.org
Our website, Democracy Chronicles is rapidly expanding and excited to get a jump-start from new contributors who are enthusiastic in sharing their political views in a public forum. This is an opportunity to have your original work published and read by viewers across the globe. This position can be executed from anywhere in the world through email but it is great if you are close to New York City too.
DC has developed a large community of writers, mostly in the US but also scattered as far as Egypt and Taiwan. We aggressively promote the work of our writing team and are thrilled to include links, social media, and articles related to your own personal projects and causes. Writers get a webpage with a bio and a collection of their writing such the page for DC writer and director John Amaruso. All of your articles will be published on our website, our newsletter, and across our social media network to be shared by all of followers and friends.
Have Your Perspective Published
The range of politics writers cover is varied – as you can see by looking at the Democracy Chronicles homepage. We encourage all of our contributors to cover the subjects they are passionate about, with the general rule being that the subject relates to democracy, elections or politics. For example, the election prospects of the Green Party is a more appropriate subject than an article about the best solar power system. We also encourage contributors to cover our website’s core issue: promotion of better democracy worldwide with a focus on the U.S. You will be surprised how fun and easy for you our setup for writers is.
Beyond submitting writing regularly we encourage everyone to get as involved with the website as possible. Do you have additional experience that can benefit our website? Social media, website development, or outreach experience perhaps? We are looking forward to hearing from you. Please let us know about your interests and experience.
This is unpaid/volunteer.
