Bill Walker is a former journalist and newspaper publisher who now writes for Democracy Chronicles. He graduated from Washington State University with a BA in journalism. He has brought two federal lawsuits, Walker v. United States (2000) and Walker v. Members of Congress (2004), the last taken in appeal to the Supreme Court of the United States. The two lawsuits dealt specifically with the obligation of Congress to call an Article V Convention. Walker v. United States was the first such lawsuit in American history. A link to his site giving details of the lawsuits and his previous articles can be found on the website of Friends of the Article V Convention of which he is a founder.
