Federal appeals court cites Citizens United ruling in granting birth control coverage waiver

Raw Story – In a 2-1 ruling, a panel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit cited the Supreme Court’s ruling in the Citizens United case as precedent in granting a business a waiver on the Affordable Care Act’s provision ordering employers to cover birth control costs in their healthcare.
