Covid Theater Shut Down, Now DeSantis Seeks to End War

by Steve Schneider - March 8, 2022

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis swept into office promising freedom to Americans bogged down by on-and-off Covid restrictions, illness, and internecine political warfare between extreme political factions leaking into normally bipartisan foreign policy discussions.

During his first day in office, DeSantis nominated his former Sunshine State press secretary for the powerful position of Secretary of State. Christina Pushaw, who served as a spokeswoman for the feisty Republican governor of Florida, studied abroad in Russia and Ukraine, among other nations. She also published a flag brandishing the logo “Don’t Tread on Florida” until critics noted its revolutionary connotation. At which time, she changed her Facebook page to display a more subtle sign, reading, “Let Us Alone.” Both logos depicted a Florida gator sitting atop the defiant comments.

The California native, who puts down liberals for destroying her childhood utopia, now has vowed to settle the ongoing war between Russia, Ukraine and the “imperialistic” NATO nations, as defined by Fox News nighttime propaganda ministers. Fox News stars, along with some “liberals”, blame the West for prodding Putin to invade the independent nation of Ukraine. They hang their theory around the undisputed fact that NATO welcomed former Soviet-dominated states into the Western defense consortium. Critics say these acts of self-defense “provoked” the Russian leader to invade Ukraine, sparking a battle that rages until this day.

“President Putin has been isolated for years because the West has insisted on practicing ‘Covid Theater‘”, Pushaw said, when introduced by the newly installed president. DeSantis declared the official end of the Covid pandemic early, asserting, “Let Freedom Ring.”

Pushaw intends to meet with all warring factions without wearing a mask. She also wants everyone to sit close to each other at the negotiating table. “We’ve got to stop letting Covid control our lives,” she said. “President DeSantis has defeated Covid. Now he will teach the world to get along.” It should be fun to watch.
