Democracy, elections and voting at Democracy Chronicles

Besides writing about politics, I write poetry, and I think words although intangible, if pieced together right can paint a picture and bring somebody into your world. I’m also a science fiction fan, rock/metal fan and play drums. My true passion is to hope that one day this world can be a more transparent, humane, and socially just place for those who have been oppressed whether through their own regimes or foreign influence. It’s a tragedy the way humankind has fought against each other for the sake of resources and greed, and I hope that one day we can live in a world where war is just in our history books and not in our backyards. All support is appreciated, and so is any criticism of my writings. I’m a rookie when it comes to this and I just hope that you enjoy what you read and walk away with some sort of knowledge you didn’t have before. I thank you for your time and interest.

    Hi John!
I am looking forward to watching your documentary.
I like your drawings, above. Well done.

I don’t share your passion for heavy metal! ;) But I am right with you about hoping for and working for a better, more humane society!

    Keep up the good work.
