From the Lowell Sun News, a newspaper in Lowell, Massachusetts owned by the hedge fund Alden Global Capital:

What began as an informal hobby has now amounted to a collection of about 8,000 posters from countries across the globe. A selection of about 20 is featured in Lewis’ exhibit, called “The Struggle for Women’s Equality,” at the Wilmington Memorial Library. Patrons will have the opportunity to see the posters through the end of February.

The exhibit tackles issues of job discrimination, voting rights and other areas where women have fought for equality. The posters portray a number of countries, including the United States, Canada, France, Greece and Belgium. One Belgian poster from 2005 depicts a woman with a shaved head and beard.
