“No one knows that you can do this” Lidya said, “and the first time I did it I got arrested. We were threatened , we were intimidated by U.S. Marshall to instill fear in us.We knew we were in the right.”

From Occupy the Courts Facebook event page:

Have you or anyone you know been bullied by a prosecutor ?

Been lied to or bullied into taking a bench trial, when you should have gotten a jury trial even for something as minor as a traffic ticket ?

Had your paperwork tampered with, when you represented yourself ?

Had your rights violated by a judge who refused to recuse himself ?

Had a dishonest lawyer violate your rights with dirty tricks ?

You can go to the foreman of a Grand Jury to start an inquiry that may get you a remedy, to make you whole again.

Join us for this city-wide day of action against the corrupt court/judicial system here in New York City and learn about your rights to solicit the Federal Grand Jury system if you’ve ever been wronged by the police, sheriff dept or any branch of the state.

In fact, for violations of your constitutionally protected rights, a prosecutor must prosecute the wrongdoers against you, even if the wrongdoer was a judge, the police, or another prosecutor, google in the Matter of In re Grand Jury Application, 617 F. Supp. 199 ( 1985 ), for example.

Starting at 0900 Monday morning the group took turns bringing handfuls of these envelops of appointment requests to 40 Foley Square, 2nd, Floor Grand Jury room.

“Some of us had some serious Constitutional violations”, Lidya Radin told me at the table set up in Foley Square across the street from the court, “and for violating our Constitutionally protected and guaranteed rights the U.S Attorney, Preet Bharara, is supposed to be helping us, the crime victims, and take our cases to the Grand Jury and have the wrongdoers criminally indicted”.

Preet Bharara, United States Attorney General for the Southern District of New York. Preetinder Singh “Preet” Bharara is an Indian American attorney and the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. His office has prosecuted people worldwide and has prosecuted nearly 100 Wall Street executives. His office reached historic settlements with the three largest banks in the US and has brought down many City and State politicians including the speaker of New York State Assembly.-Wikipedia

“U.S. Attorney has been perpetrating a myth for 20 or 30 years that the only way to to get to the GJ is through the U.S Attorney’s office, that’s Not true”.

Lidya showed me a flier referring to a case from 1985 about a group of crime victims who tried to go to their Federal Grand Jury and the U.S Attorney’s office blocked them. Judge Broderick in the southern district of NY made a ruling that the group could present the facts of criminal wrongdoing to a FGJ and if the facts show Constitutional violations, Preet Bharara MUST prosecute.

“If you violate the Constitution it’s a seditious insurrection, it’s Treason, It’s the Enemy Within, it’s the Domestic enemy, you’re warring against the American people and the Constitution,” Lidya Radin told me. “Doesn’t it happen all the time?” I asked her. Obama, the military, declare war without Congressional approval all the time, violate American’s rights to due process ALL the time. She said we are the Sheople. “Part of what we’re doing hear is educating about the U.S Constitution”.

The U.S. vs Williams Court case. The Grand Jury is supposed to be Security control device for the people to go to FGJ and indict the wrongdoer which might be your own Gov “official”

“No one knows that you can do this” Lidya said, “and the first time I did it I got arrested. We were threatened , we were intimidated by U.S. Marshall to instill fear in us. We knew we were in the right.”

Gerard Clark actually had a bank who was indicted and wanted to know what was going to happen to his property. “Countrywide came up with the idea they had the debt but, never told us what happened with the loan. They didn’t have a banking license so they could not have sold my debt”.

Anne Wolinski and Lidya Radin, Anne tells what happened when she went in to deliver the envelopes to make an appointment to see the foreman of the GJ.

Anne Wolinski, “when I said it was for the Grand Jury he slammed the door. I was non hostile and was met with a hostile response”.

Lastly, Cynthia Johnson “Aufa Ampoma” told me about the case involving her mother, Susie Johnson, and 80 year old woman who was “brutally and fraudulently evicted from her home last year after 14 years of fighting”. Homeside lending, Washington Mutual, Bank Boston, JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Deutsche bank. “So many banks have been involved and so many banks have made money off of this. The originator of her loan went to jail for mortgage fraud.”

    Hello there,

I really enjoyed this article. I was hoping you could put me in touch with Lydia Raidin.
I am an organizer on the ground, rallying in support of human rights lawyer that is being prosecuted by the US Govt (really Chevron) and Judge Loretta Preska.

Have you written about the Steven Donziger case yet? His contstitutions were completely and utterly destroyed. He was disbarred, granted No jury, no zoom access, frozen accounts, passport confiscation–All because he wouldn’t turn in his cel phone and computer during his contempt case. He didn’t do so because he was part of a team that won a case against chevron in Ecuador of 9.5 billion. After Chevron lost the judgement in the Supreme Court of Ecuador, Chevron fled the country with all their assets, leaving what is now known as the “SECRET CHERNOBYL IN THE AMAZON”. There is so much more to the story, but needed to connect to make sure you knew about this case and to see if you could put me in touch with Occypy the Courts /Lydia Raidin.
2,000 indigenous people have already died in the contaminated area of the amazon, including babies and children. They have yet to pay a penny, but they are going after Steven to avoid paying the judgement.

It’s all very sick the major corruption that’s going on in this case. There’s so much corpocracy to this story. It’s more of a phone call.

    Thank you so much,
    GIada
