Today the family of Ramarley Graham, held a rally and press conference at New York City Hall, to highlight the fact that to this day not a single officer has been fired and no officers have been charged with a crime in his death. Right now The Department of Justice (DOJ) has been investigating the case and is deciding whether to convene a federal grand jury.
