Rheingold Development in Brooklyn

The Brooklyn Solidarity Network, took a stand today to end the violence that the gentrification process has wreaked on the entire city of New York, over the past decade.

A kickoff rally was was held at the Bushwick Ave and Montieth St, with residents and community members from around the area, the site of new 10 block, 1000 unit development going up at the former Rheingold brewery, some have described it as the equivalent of a gentrifying nuclear bomb going off in Bushwick.
