Supreme Court to review Arizona law making would-be voters prove citizenship

The US Supreme Court agreed on Monday to take up a case examining whether an Arizona law requiring proof of US citizenship before allowing someone to register to vote is preempted by a federal voter registration act. The Arizona law, known as Proposition 200, was enacted in 2004.
