An expansion of the Susan B. Anthony Museum & House just outside of downtown Rochester has been in discussion for years.

At least since Deborah Hughes, the current president and CEO, was hired in 2007.

The goal was to have a presence on West Main Street. But after three years of trying, museum officials decided to move on. Thus the latest plan, now moving ahead, to grow within the neighborhood.
