VIDEO: Top 10 Brutal Dictators You’ve Never Heard Of

Dictatorships have been tagged by many names over time, in English these include tyranny, despotism, autocracy and many others. One can plot out on a line where dictatorial government is one end and the opposite end is democracy, and plot different countries on this line, you would find representing the worst regimes today are some countries you might have heard of, like North Korea, a pretty terrible place to live. Yet there are even more countries on the extreme dictatorial category than most people suspect.

Top Tenz writer Morris M published an entertaining and educative video in 2015 that offers great listing of the 10 most brutal, but largely unknown dictators in recent world history. It is very difficult to believe the incredible behavior of some of these megalomaniacs. The text version of the video can be found here.
